At 46 in. (116.9 cm) long and 24 in. (61 cm) wide, this Test/Lab tabletop unit fits in tight spots, including on utility carts with tops as small as 24 in. (61 cm) square. Total footprint is less than 8 sq. ft (0.8 sq. m).
It is available in 120V or 240V models equipped with an 18 x 46 in. (45.8 x 116.9 cm) conveyor belt, and a 16 in. (40.1 cm) square heater that carries the same 15-year warranty as the company's larger conveyor ovens.
The dense coil pattern of the heater and heater shields eliminates hot and cold spots and provides the power to get the job done.
The heater can be raised, lowered and pivoted using lock knobs on the sides of the heating chamber according to the shape of the items for uniform heating. Heater shields are included as standard to maximize edge-to-edge temperature consistency.
A Teflon®-coated fiberglass belt with alignment tracking system is standard. Several variations of mesh belts for high-heat and/or sanitary applications are optional.
